Our Shipping Policy...

Personalized Wrappers uses USPS Priority Mail for all or our shipping and the shipping cost depends on the amount and weight of your order calculated in your shopping cart before check out. The minimum shipping charge is $5.55.

Priority Mail takes approximately 3-5 businesss days.

We take packages to the post Mon-Fri. We do not ship orders on weekends and anything order after 4:00pm Thurs-Sun will be shipped on the following Monday. please take this into consideration when ordering.

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Though our orders are shipped in a timely manner, we can not control how long it will take the post office to deliver them. We will not be held responsible for orders arriving late, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering.

The amount of time it takes to complete and ship your order depends on what you are ordering. Wrappers, labels only and treat bags, ship within 24 hrs. Wrappers and labels with product, including candy bars, mint books,etc. will ship with 48hrs. Custom orders will ship with 3-4 days.

During the hot months: May-Sept all chocolate orders must be sent with frozen gel packs. If you do not choose this option when order, Personalized Wrappers will not be held responsible for melted chocolate.

Our Refund Policy

Personalized Wrappers is committed to making your event memorable. We will do everything possible to make you happy. However if you decide for some reason that you want to cancel your order, we can only do so if the order has not been processed(printed).

We cannot accept returns on nay items that have been personalized in any way.  Shipping and any other delivery fees are not refundable.

If your order arrives damged or misprinted due to error on out pary, we will replace your order or refund your money.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
